Salon Symphony’s built-in automation feature uses data provided by Admins and Members at account registration.

We take key information — including the user’s date of birth and hire date — to trigger automated push notifications to your entire team. For instance, when you invite a staff member to join your organization on Salon Symphony, we ask for the member’s name, position, and date of hire.

With this information Salon Symphony automatically sends a Work Anniversary Announcement every year on that members hire date.
