Salon Symphony is the first all-in-one Employee Management App built specifically for beauty industry professionals to streamline communication, collaboration and productivity. The product is equipped with two unique platforms: the Admin Dashboard for owners and managers, and the Mobile App for staff.
In the software space, a Pilot Program is part of what’s called User Acceptance Testing, or UAT. With your feedback, our team can analyze and improve the functionality and usability of the product to achieve the best user experience possible. This is a 30-day program, completely free, but you’re welcome to opt out at any time. You can participate as little or as much as you’d like — all we ask for is your honest feedback.
We encourage you and your team to send feedback as often as you’d like using this Feedback Form here. At a minimum, we ask that at least one admin and one member send feedback once a week. We’ll send you an SMS and email reminder each week. You can also find a link to the Feedback Form in the Admin Dashboard by clicking the Help tab on the sidebar menu.Your staff can access the Feedback Form in their Mobile App under Settings.
Yes, 100% free! At kickoff you’ll receive a promo code via email and SMS. You’ll use that code when you reach the Stripe payment page after creating your Salon Symphony account. The code is good for a 3 month trial, so when the program ends you can continue your trial without interruption or you can cancel.
